Warranty claims may be efficiently billed and tracked. Internal charges on prep/rigging work order charges are applied to the cost of the inventoried boat when billed. Internal jobs such as lot/vehicle maintenance and policy work may be expensed to their appropriate general ledger accounts. Service managers may run ready-made reports or create their own custom reports to view important information such as technician productivity, work in progress, parts usage and sales activity ( by labor code). Reports may be saved in multiple formats, including Microsoft Excel.
